Will these exterior details get rid of scratches?
No, washing the exterior will not remove scratches, however it will help hide scratches due to the protection added. Paint Correction needs to be done to remove scratches.
Will this damage the paint?
The products and methods we use ensure the safest possible wash. Properly washing your vehicle takes time, and we take the time to do it right so you get the best results!
Anytime you touch the paint with your fingers, wash mitt, etc, there is always a chance of scratching the paint. As a detailer our methods minimize the chances of scratching the paint.
My vehicle has a lot of bugs/tar/sap on it. Can you remove it?
We will do our best to remove stubborn bugs, sap and/or tar from your vehicles paint. We have products that work very well at removing these contaminants safely. However the longer they are on the paint, the harder they are to remove.
Sometimes they can be removed, but leave marks behind because they embedded themselves in the paint, requiring paint correction to completely remove it.
